Postpartum Sealing
Ceremony Mastery
Since 2013 Liza has been practicing and refining the Postpartum Sealing Ceremony. Since 2019 she has been passing this knowledge on — teaching doulas, midwives, and postpartum practitioners to hold this sacred ritual with confidence and depth.
This training covers the full arc of the ceremony: the herbal bath, body oiling, closing the bones with rebozos, the warm nourishing drink, and the art of holding space for a mother's birth story. You will learn not just the techniques but the why behind each element — the anthropology, the physiology, and the felt sense of what it means to truly seal a woman's body and spirit after birth.
